DIGITAL PDF - Murder in the Victorian Manor - Handmade murder mystery dinner party game for 6-7 players
The first in a series of Murder Mysteries by Moon Rising Mysteries. The year is 1892... There's been a murder! and you have the evening to work out who among you committed the crime, using character booklets, accusations and plenty of evidence. The perfect game to play with friends and family during lockdown.
Written, recorded and handmade by Matthew and Becka during lockdown '20 who wanted to combine the fun side of murder mystery parties, with more escape room based, clever evidence for those keen sleuths among you.
THIS IS THE DIGITAL VERSION (boxed physical version is listed on etsy as well if you'd prefer a handmade boxed game).
PLEASE NOTE - This is the digital, PDF version of the game. We will email you a link to all of the files within 24 hours of purchase, the email will go to the purchaser's email address unless otherwise stated. It's exactly the same game as our physical version, but you will need to either print it out yourself, or send the PDFs and evidence to your guests (instructions on how to do this in email with files).
If you can't meet in person, you can play this over webcam and zoom. Simply send your guests/players their scripts and evidence in advance. We recommend dressing up and having a dinner party, but it's definitely not mandatory to enjoy the game.

Murder in the Victorian Manor is set in 1892, in the country manor of Up-House, residency of the acclaimed Charlie Darlin. Unfortunately Charlie has been found dead and it is suspected by Merlock Gnomes that one of the culprits is among his dinner guests.
Merlock Gnomes will give you the evening to work out who committed the heinous crime.
For 6-7 players (7th player will simply take the role of Merlock Gnomes so can't be the murderer)
Do you dare?
14+ advisable - Please note that there is a (tasteful) reference to sex in this game between two characters in a fun way as part of the story. It's not vulgar and there's no profanities, but it's at your discretion as to whether you play it with under 16s.
